The Duo Premium Membership

This membership gives you enough credits for two people to have two classes per week of their choice (subject to availability)

Your membership includes:

Pilates online videos (coming soon)
Priority booking for Pilates Retreats
10% discount on any studio workshops
Memberships are limited

Reformer and Mat classes are any in-studio sessions this membership excludes Personal training.

Fair Use Policy

You are responsible for cancelling any advanced bookings at least 24 hours in advance if you’re unable to attend. This ensures that members on the waitlist can take your place. If you repeatedly book classes but fail to attend, you will receive a first warning, and your booking privileges may be reduced.

Membership Terms & Conditions

Minimum term: 12 month
Payments: 12 equal payments of £272 month (total £3264 per year)
Total credits: A combined total for two people, 16 credits per month, total 192 (to be used within the 12 months OR extended if membership is paused)
Credits are non-transferable and cannot be used for other services.
Any unused credits will expire at the end of the 12 months. Credits must be used during the membership period, and a maximum of 8 credits can be carried forward from unused credits for a previous month.
The studio operates 48 weeks per year.
Maximum of two people sharing (can not be shared with friends or family)
Membership can be paused for a maximum of 3 months (if one person wishes to pause the membership, BOTH members will be paused)
If you use all your credits before the end of your membership term, you may purchase additional credits to continue attending classes.
If you use all your credits and then attempt to cancel your membership before the 12-month term ends, including any paused months, the remaining balance will still be due. The studio reserves the right to recover any outstanding payments if necessary.
Gem Health Ltd has the right to amend the contract if necessary, with prior communication with members.
