Through fluid sequences, deep stretches, and breath-led transitions, this class invites you to soften tension, enhance joint mobility, and improve posture.

With an emphasis on control and mindfulness, Flex & Flow helps create space in both body and mind—leaving you feeling grounded, open, and rebalanced.

Level: Suitable for all levels. Perfect as an active recovery or complement to more strength-focused sessions.
